Lotus root powder | 15 g |
Pure Milk | 250 ml |
Rock sugar | 200 g |
Water | 2 liters |
Instructions
-
Peanuts soak one night in advance. It's best to use open blisters to facilitate peeling.
-
Soak peanuts, peel and wash, tear Tremella (soak for 1 hour) into small flowers and wash with flour.
-
Put peanuts and Tremella into a pressure cooker, press until the air is out, turn to low heat and press for another 15 minutes. Turn off the fire and open the lid after the pressure cooker is degassed (the lid can only be opened when there is no gas. Pay attention to safety).
-
After opening the lid, fire again, mix the lotus root powder with a bowl of water, put it into the pot and stir, slowly thicken the soup, add rock sugar and pure milk, and cook for a while until the sugar melts.
-
See if you want to eat peanut powder, glutinous tremella and slippery soup. Let's do it quickly.
