Pour all the thoroughly cooled seed scalding and dough materials except butter into the mixing bucket of the chef's machine, knead until the expansion stage, add butter, and continue kneading until the complete stage.
After the dough is rounded, it is fermented to twice the size at one time under the environment of 28 ℃ and 75% humidity. Take the starting dough, press and exhaust, and divide it into 8 parts, about 65g each.
After rounding, put it into the baking pan with the closing down.
Ferment at 35 ℃ and 85% humidity to 2 times.
Surface sieve dry powder.
Bake in the oven at 160/180 degrees for 16 minutes.
Custard sauce: milk 200g, egg yolk 2 sugars 20g, corn starch 18G, sea salt 1g.
Cheese cream: 150g, sugar 10g,cream cheese 50g.
refreshing soybean milk: sugar free; Powder 10g, cream 50g.
Matcha bean: Matcha powder 3G, cream 25g, honey red bean 10g.

Squeeze about 65 grams of stuffing into each bread.
