Low Sugar Margarita Cookies Recipe
Marguerite is crispy and delicious, my recipe is not very sugary, and it doesn't taste greasy.

Ingredients
Butter | 100g |
low-gluten flour | 100g |
Corn starch | 100g |
Powdered sugar | 50g |
Cooked Egg yolk | 2 |
Instructions
-
Preparation materials: 100g butter, 100g low gluten flour, 100g corn starch, 50g powdered sugar and 2 cooked egg yolks (I put low gluten flour and corn flour in a bowl here).
-
Soften the butter, add powdered sugar and beat. Beat until the butter turns light.
-
Sift the cooked egg yolks into the whipped butter. Twist while screening.
-
Add the flour and knead it into a dough. The surface is smooth.
-
Divide into 10g dosage forms and knead them into a ball. My average here is 10g ~ 10.5g.
-
Press it in the middle of the ball to form a natural crack at the edge.
-
Preheat 170 degrees and bake. Fire 170 degrees, fire 160 degrees, 20 minutes.
-
Take it out and let it cool. You can enjoy it.
Tips
Margaret is very simple and easy to operate. I baked a little red Margaret at my daughter's request. The color is particularly attractive. My daughter likes it very much.
