Ingredients
Brown sugar | 20g-30g |
Red jujube | 5 |
dried longan | 10-15 |
Black tea bag | 1 package |
clean water | 100g |
clean water | 200g |
Milk | 150g |
Black and white light milk | 50g |
Instructions
-
Here is a simple and convenient version with a lighter taste. The following is a complex version with strong flavor. 300g water + brown sugar + dried longan + red jujube, boil it over medium low heat for 7 minutes, add black tea bag and cook it for 3 minutes, and take out the black tea bag. Pour in milk and light black and white milk, stir and turn off the heat. It's also good to drink like this. If you like the rich version and are not afraid of complexity, cook it according to the following ~.
-
Brown sugar + 100g water boil until the brown sugar melts. Remember to reduce the heat, otherwise it will be easy to paste. Generally, 15g-20g brown sugar is OK ~; I added 30g brown sugar, which is very sweet! You can reduce the amount of sugar according to your taste. Remember to brown sugar!
-
Red dates are cut in half, which is easy to cook. Dry red jujube and longan, rinse slightly.
-
Melting red; Add dried jujube and longan and cook them slowly. Boil the sugar of dried jujube and longan out.
-
Boil until there is no sugar water ~.
-
Pour 200g of water and boil over low heat for 5-10 minutes.
-
Add 150g milk and cook over low heat for 1 minute.
-
Open the black and white light milk.
-
Add black tea bag and cook for 3-5 minutes. If you like the strong taste of tea, you can add another bag of black tea.
-
Pour in 50g black and white light milk.
-
Turn off the fire when it boils a little. Remember to eat red dates and longan together! I think it's too wasteful. I boiled the rest with water, milk and sugar once more.
