Jam Donuts Recipe
In the winter afternoon, I came to a hot doughnut just out of the pot. It was really enjoyable with a cup of coffee or strong tea. There are many ways and flavors of doughnuts. Today I will share one Jam donut recipe with you.

Ingredients
High-gluten flour | 250g |
Milk | 70-80g |
Yeast | 3 / 2 teaspoon TSP |
berry sugar | 50g |
Egg | 2 |
Butter | 20g |
Salt | 1 / 4 teaspoon TSP |
Jam | appropriate amount |
Powdered sugar | appropriate amount |
Instructions
-
Prepare the ingredients.
-
Put high gluten flour, milk, yeast, fine granulated sugar, eggs, butter and salt into the cook's machine, stir until the dough is smooth, cover and ferment until twice as large.
-
Roll out the fermented dough with a thickness of about 1.5cm.
-
Use a circular cutting die with a diameter of 7-8 cm to cut the dough into circles.
-
Put the cut dough into the baking pan.
-
Cover the tea towel and soak for about 20 minutes.
-
Pour enough oil into the electric fryer. The oil temperature rises to 190 degrees. Put in the dough and fry until both sides are golden (about 1-2 minutes). Remove the oil and cool.
-
Squeeze jam into the heart of the doughnut.
-
Coated with powdered sugar.
-
The jam is rich and delicious.
Tips
If there is no circular cutting die, a cup mouth of similar size can be used instead.
Cold water can be used in summer and warm water is best in winter, which can help yeast fermentation.
After adding butter, knead the dough until the dough surface is smooth without film.
If you don't have a thermometer at home, put a small piece of dough into the oil. If the dough floats, you can start frying doughnuts, because doughnuts are easy to cook. Don't go away when frying.
