Black tea 5g
Milk 250ml
Honey 1 ~ 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  • Pour water into a small pot and boil until boiling, turn the heat down, put in an appropriate amount of tea and cook slightly until the tea flavor, aroma and color are distributed.

  • Pour in the milk and cook slowly until warm.

  • Shut down. Add an appropriate amount of honey, mix well, filter out the tea residue and pour it into the cup. You can enjoy it.

Tips

Please start with boiling water! Instead of cooking tea directly into milk. But believe me, the concentration of milk itself is too high, so that the tea flavor can not be completely released. In addition, the long boiled milk flavor is easy to be too thick and greasy. It's a pity that good tea.

For black tea, it is better to choose strong tea quality and fine tea type. I use fresh Earl Black tea.

In addition to black tea, you can also try to cook with other types of tea with strong aroma, such as Jinxuan Oolong tea, Tieguanyin, Japanese baked tea, xuanmi tea, etc.

The tea brewing time in step 1 should not be too long to avoid bitterness. About 30 seconds to 1 minute is enough.

Don't let the milk boil after pouring it. If you think the heat is enough, you can quickly turn off the fire to prevent the milk smell from turning into milk smell.

Sugar can also replace honey. I will use French La perruche 250g parrot candy. It is suggested that it can be put into the pot together with black tea to dissolve more evenly.

In order to avoid astringency as much as possible, do not stir frequently in the process. Please wait patiently until the pot is started and mix gently.

In addition to tea, other materials can also be added to cook together, such as cinnamon, dried longan, ginger, etc.
