How to Make Condensed Milk Tea
Condensed milk tea is a kind of drink, based on Chinese black tea, added with fragrant condensed milk. Let’s teach you how to make condensed milk tea.

Ingredients
Water | 200 or 250 g |
Black tea | 5 g |
Milk | 250ml |
Condensed milk | About 30g |
Instructions
-
Put 250 grams of water and 5 grams of black tea into the pot (if you like a bit richer, 200 grams of water). Because part of the water will evaporate, the final tea soup will be less, so there is no need to worry that the water will dilute the milk too much.
-
Bring to a boil for 1 minute, then turn off the heat.
-
Turn off the heat and let stand for 1 minute.
-
Prepare a box of milk.
-
Pour in the milk.
-
Boil again.
-
After boiling, turn off the heat and add about 30g condensed milk.
-
Let it cool.
-
Filter twice.
-
The first coarse sieve is used to filter out the tea dregs.
-
The second fine sieve, continue to filter out the tea crumbs.
-
Filter out the tea crumbs.
-
Refrigerate after bottling.
-
It tastes more refreshing after cooling.
Tips
The amount of water can be adjusted according to personal taste. The larger amount uses 250 grams of water, and the smaller amount uses 200 grams of water, which will be slightly richer. I personally think that 250 grams of water is lighter.
