Homemade pizza dough recipe
If you want to make pizzas that are the same as the ones sold outside, you have to have a good recipe to help you make a crispy and chewy pizza base. Follow this recipe and you will be able to make the perfect home-made pizza.

Ingredients
Three 8-inch pizza dough | |
strong flour | 375g |
Water | 225g |
Yeast | 1 teaspoon TSP |
Sugar | 1 teaspoon TSP |
rosemary | 1 piece |
vegetable oil | appropriate amount |
mashed garlic | appropriate amount |
Salt | appropriate amount |
Instructions

Prepare the ingredients.

Put high gluten flour, yeast, salt, sugar and water into the cook's machine.

Knead into smooth dough.

Then ferment at room temperature to double the size (note that yeast, salt and sugar cannot be in direct touch).

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Divide the fermented dough into 3 equal parts.

Take one of them and flatten it.

Shaped into a pizza bottom.

Chop up rosemary.

Sprinkle appropriate amount of rosemary and salt on the pizza dough.

Bake the pizza in the oven at 250 degrees until the edge is yellowish, about 5-7 minutes.

Mix vegetable oil with mashed garlic.

Spread it on the baked pizza.
Tips
Note that yeast cannot be in direct touch with salt and sugar.
The oven must be preheated to the maximum temperature.
Some holes can be pierced on the bottom of the pizza to prevent the bottom from bulging during baking.
There is no pizza stone. You can turn the baking pan over instead of pizza stone.
High temperature and short-time baking can make the pizza scorch outside and soft inside.
