Homemade Italian jelly recipe (with picture)

Ingredients
Fruits | Strawberry, Blueberries, kiwifruit, Raisins, Mango |
Sugar | 30 g |
RUM | 10 g |
Gelatine Tablets | 15 g |
Water | 200g |
Instructions

Gelatine tablets are soaked in cold water in advance to soften.

Cut the fruit into small pieces and add 10 grams of sugar and rum.

Stir to make it mixed evenly.

Pour water into the bowl and add the gelatin flakes, 20 grams of sugar melt in water, stir constantly with a spoon.

Prepare several molds.

Put the fruit in the mold, don’t put the water for pickling the fruit in.

You can also put it in a glass.

The gelatin liquid is slightly cold and pour into the mold.

Put it in the refrigerator and wait for it to solidify before eating.
