Homemade Creamy Oreo Ice Cream Recipe
Take the egg yolk, put it into a bowl, add half of the powdered sugar and stir it up

Milk | 100 g |
Powdered sugar | 50 g |
unsalted butter | 500 g |
Oreo broken | 40g |
Instructions

Take the Egg yolk, put it into a bowl, add half of the powdered sugar and stir it up. Open the pot with the minimum fire (be sure to use the minimum fire, otherwise it is easy to paste). Pour in the milk, pour in the egg yolk just stirred up, stir it evenly in the pot, turn off the fire and take it out after boiling.

Oreo crushed. Personally, it's better not to crush it too much.

Add the remaining half of the powdered sugar to the light cream and beat until dry.

Tips
When cooking egg yolk paste, be sure to turn down the heat, otherwise it's easy to paste.
