Homemade coffee milk pudding recipe
Coffee and milk are very popular drinks, adding them to the pudding will be more delicious.

Ingredients
Milk | 150 g |
Instant Coffee | 1 bag |
unsalted butter | 90 g |
berry sugar | 20 g |
Gelatin powder | 6g |
Cold water | 24g |
Instructions

Put 24g cold water into the gelatine powder, stir and dissolve it, and put it aside for standby.

Put milk, light cream, coffee and sugar into the pot, stir well, cook over low heat until the sugar dissolves, and then leave the fire.

Let it cool slightly. Add the gellidine solution in step 1 and stir to dissolve. Then pour the solution into the pudding bottle.

Put the pudding bottle in ice water to accelerate the cooling, then cover the lid and put it in the refrigerator, and you can enjoy it after 3 hours.
Tips
This recipe can make 3 puddings.
The instant coffee I use has a certain degree of sweetness, so I put a little less sugar.
