Honey 15g
White granulated sugar 65g
Milk 300g
Light cream 200g
Fresh blueberries (or frozen blueberries) 80g

Instructions

  • Cut 250g cream cheese into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl. Cover the surface with plastic wrap. Use the microwave to bite for about 20 seconds until the cream cheese softens.

  • Add 15g honey and 65g fine granulated sugar and stir with Egg extract.

  • 300g milk is heated in the microwave oven, and a small amount is added to the previous step for many times. Each time, it should be completely stirred and then added to the next step. After all milk is added and stirred evenly, filter the cheese milk solution once with a filter screen, cover the surface of the container with fresh-keeping film, and send it to the refrigerator of the ice box for refrigeration for more than 2 hours.

  • Add 200g light cream to the refrigerated cheese milk solution and stir it evenly. Pour it into the cold storage bucket of the frozen ice cream machine. Stir it for 20 minutes and then take it out. Mix 80g blueberries and eat it. You can also send it to the refrigerator to freeze for more than 4 hours. Dig the ball after it is completely frozen.
