Pure Milk 250g
unsalted butter 100g
Condensed milk 5g
Coarse granulated sugar 20g
gelatin tablets 10g
Dark Chocolate 20g
Hershey Chocolate Sauce 20g


  • Soak the gelatine tablets in cold water and store them in the refrigerator for later use. If there is always ice water at home, it would be better to soak them in ice water directly.

  • Heat the milk, whipped cream, coarse sugar, and condensed milk over low heat, then add the chopped dark chocolate and chocolate sauce.
