Caster sugar 60g
Dark Chocolate 85g
Egg 25g
Milk 75g
Low-gluten flour 120g
baking soda 1 / 2 spoon
Chocolate beans 50g


  • Melt the chocolate over water.

  • Beat the butter that has softened at room temperature and add caster sugar. Beat until the color becomes lighter and the volume becomes larger.

  • Add melted chocolate to the butter and mix well, then add egg and milk and mix well.

  • Sift in low-gluten flour and baking soda, mix until there is dry powder, add chocolate beans, and mix until the dry powder is not visible and the batter is still a bit rough.

  • Put it into a mold. Sprinkle some chocolate beans on the surface.

  • Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes.
