Ingredients
Butter | 50g |
Caster sugar | 60g |
Dark Chocolate | 85g |
Egg | 25g |
Milk | 75g |
Low-gluten flour | 120g |
baking soda | 1 / 2 spoon |
Chocolate beans | 50g |
Instructions

Melt the chocolate over water.

Beat the butter that has softened at room temperature and add caster sugar. Beat until the color becomes lighter and the volume becomes larger.

Add melted chocolate to the butter and mix well, then add egg and milk and mix well.

Sift in low-gluten flour and baking soda, mix until there is dry powder, add chocolate beans, and mix until the dry powder is not visible and the batter is still a bit rough.
