  • Prepare the required raw materials.

  • Beat 2 eggs into egg liquid. Be careful not to beat them to the state of bubbles.

  • Add fine granulated sugar and stir well.

  • Pour the milk into the milk pan, add 1 / 6 vanilla pods, and cook slightly until it is about to boil.

  • Pour the boiled Vanilla Milk into the beaten egg liquid slowly in several times, stir from side to side, and mix well.

  • Sifting the mixed pudding liquid once is the key to make the pudding liquid present a smooth taste.

  • Spread kitchen paper on the surface of pudding liquid to remove scum and bubbles.

  • Slowly pour the processed pudding liquid into the cup and cover it with tin foil to avoid water vapor infiltration.

  • Put the cup into the tray and inject hot water about 2cm high and about 60-80 ℃.

  • Preheat the oven to 150°C, put it into the middle of the pudding cup for about 35-40 minutes, test the pudding and consider whether it needs to be heated.


Steam the baked pudding, pick up the pudding cup and shake it gently. It is better to shake the center a little.

The cooling process can continue to be placed in the baking pan and heated with residual temperature to complete the right taste.

Half and half of vanilla pods can be thrown away to scrape out vanilla seeds and better release the flavor of vanilla. This will result in black vanilla seeds in the steamed and roasted pudding.
