How Do I place an Order?

Select product’s of your choice and add to your shopping cart.

How do I track the status of my order?

How long will it take to process my order after the placing an order?

The order is shipped directly from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after the order confirmation. During festival seasons or public holidays we dispatch products within 2-3 days and assure you to deliver your products within 7 – 14 business days in India and within 21 days for International delivery.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can call(00 91 99993 28336) or e-mail (support (at) yuvacart (dot) com) us within 12 hours from the time of placing an order.

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

What are the conditions under which the product returns/replacements will be accepted?

How do I return the Damage/Defective products?

1. Please e-mail your query at support (at) yuvacart (dot) com) immediately and attach a photo of the damaged item.
2. Please mention Order number in subject line to help us quickly process your returns.
3. Request you to cooperate and maintain the original packaging of return items.
4. Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
5. Once your return has been authorized, please refer to the link in our email for the return shipping label which is mandatory and should be pasted on every single return packet.
6. For all self-shipped returns, please ensure that your shipment reaches our warehouse within 10 days from date of raising the return request.

When would I get my Refund? When will I get the replacement or refund?

• We initiate the replacement or refund within 2 working days of receiving the product at our centre.
• For Bank Refund, it may take up to 2 weeks, for the amount to get credited in your account, after we have initiated the refund.
• The refund/replacement may get delayed or declined if the product received by us is not as per your claim or in case of missing Order ID on the package.
• Time taken to process the Refund may vary depending on the mode of payment. Please refer to the list below:

Net banking: 4-5 Business days
Debit card: 7-9 Business days
Credit card: 15 Business days
