Chocolate pudding recipe with eggs

Sugar | 20g |
Salt | 1 / 8 teaspoon TSP |
Cocoa powder | 1 tbsp |

black coffee | 1 / 4 teaspoon TSP |
Butter | 10g |
Chocolate beans | 30g |
Vanilla extract | 1 / 2 teaspoon TSP |
Little cookie | appropriate amount |
Chocolate chips | appropriate amount |
Spray cream | appropriate amount |
Instructions

Prepare the ingredients.

Combine the egg, sugar, salt, cocoa powder and cornstarch in a bowl and mix well.

Pour the milk, cream and black coffee into the pot, heat it on low heat until there are some small bubbles on the side of the pot, then add the milk to the egg mixture a little bit (very very slowly) while stirring constantly .

Pour the milk and egg mixture back into the pot, then add chocolate and butter, heat with minimum heat and stir constantly.

Heat the chocolate pudding until it can be hung thick on the spoon. When it is off the fire, pour in vanilla essence, and then stir it with a rubber scraper until it is smooth.

Pour the stirred pudding into the cup prepared before it is hot, cool it at room temperature, cover it with fresh-keeping film and send it to the refrigerator for more than 2 hours or until it is fixed.
Tips
When making chocolate pudding, the most important thing is to keep stirring on low heat.
If you don't have vanilla extract or black coffee, you don't need to add it, but it will taste better when you add it.
You can decorate the pudding as you like.
