Ingredients

Flying cake skin 6 pieces
Salt free butter 1 teaspoon
Egg 1
berry sugar 1 tablespoon
Star anise banana jam 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  • Remove the edges and corners of the flying cake skin and cut it into 4 small pieces by cross cutting.

  • Every three small portions of flying cake skin is one. Take one of the surfaces and gently scratch three parallel knife marks, and the other two flying cake skins without knife marks. Use a toothpick to poke more than ten small holes on the surface for ventilation.

  • Apply jam on the surface of the poked flying cake skin, fold the second piece, then apply jam, and finally fold the flying cake skin with knife marks. (each part is made of three layers of flying cake skin, which can be used as 8 parts of thousand layer pastry.).

  • Put a layer of salt free butter on the baking pan, place the thousand layer pastry one by one on the baking pan, brush the egg liquid on the top surface, put it into the preheated to 200 degrees, bake it at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, take out the baking pan, turn the thousand layer pastry over, and then put it into the oven for 5 minutes.

  • After baking, sprinkle a little fine granulated sugar and let it cool.

Tips

Star anise banana jam can be changed into jam of other flavors at will. Home made some jam to make these snacks is very good. Flying cake is better to use the original flavor. If there is no flying cake, use pastry.
